# How to delete your account

If you no longer want to use Carbon Voice, you can delete your account at any time.

## From the app

1. Tap your profile picture, at the bottom left on desktop or the top left on mobile.
2. Select **Help** from the menu.
3. Tap **Additional Resources**.
4. Choose **Delete My Account**.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

## From a web browser

1. Go to [carbonvoice.app/a/delete](https://carbonvoice.app/a/delete).
2. Log in to confirm access to the account.
3. Follow the instructions to delete it.
