How to delete your account

If you no longer want to use Carbon Voice, you can delete your account at any time.

From the app

1. Tap your profile picture, at the bottom left on desktop or the top left on mobile.
2. Select Help from the menu.
3. Tap Additional Resources.
4. Choose Delete My Account.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

From a web browser

1. Go to carbonvoice.app/a/delete.
2. Log in to confirm access to the account.
3. Follow the instructions to delete it.
