How it's organized

The inbox is split into sections so it stays manageable:

All — everything across every section.
Workspace — workspace activity: requests to join, name changes, invitations sent, people joining, data export requests and their status, and other updates relevant to admins.
Mentions — every message where someone has tagged you, in one place.
Carbon Voice — notifications when your contacts join Carbon Voice.
Security updates — login attempts, conversation and workspace name changes, and similar.
General — news from the Carbon Voice team, including app updates and articles.
