Upgrade to premium

A premium account unlocks more recording time, features to help you stay organized, and more AI credits.

You can upgrade your account, which applies across all your conversations, or upgrade a workspace, which gives every team member premium features and a shared pool of AI credits.

Upgrading your account​

In the app​

  1. Open the Profile Menu, which is your profile picture at the top left of Home on mobile, or the bottom of the navigation sidebar on desktop.
  2. Tap the plan at the top. It will say Starter or Standard Trial.
  3. In the plan details, tap the plan again to reach the upgrade options.

On the web​

Go to carbonvoice.app/a/upgrade.

Workspace plans​

For a team that wants premium features across the board, workspace plans are available at carbonvoice.app/a/upgrade, or by contacting sales@getcarbon.app. Pricing options are at getcarbon.app/pricing.
