Create a named conversation

If you want a conversation for a specific topic or an ongoing discussion, where participants can be added or removed easily, create a named conversation.

1. From the home screen, tap the plus (+) button. On desktop, press ⌘N instead.
2. Select a workspace. In the top left corner, tap the workspace icon and choose where the conversation should live.
3. Add participants. Add people by email address, phone number, or username — or leave it blank and add them later.
4. Tap Named Conversation to set the conversation type.
5. Name the conversation, then tap Continue.
6. Set initial access controls.
7. Add a description and icon if you want, then tap Continue.
8. Tap Create New Conversation. 🥳
