iPhone home screen widgets

There are two widgets you can add to your iOS home screen.

Recents​

Shows your recent conversations with their unread counts, so you can get back to something quickly. Tapping deep links straight into that conversation.

Quick Sends​

Shows a list of your favorite conversations. Tapping deep links into the conversation.

Adding a widget​

  1. Press and hold on your home screen.
  2. Tap Edit in the top left, then Add Widget.
  3. Search for Carbon Voice.
  4. Swipe left and right to choose between the available widgets and sizes, then tap Add Widget.
  5. Tap the card to choose the compact layout, which shows more items.
  6. For Quick Sends, configure which of your Quick Send conversations appear.
  7. Tap Done in the top left to leave edit mode.
