Listening in real time
If recipients are around when you start speaking, they can listen live and reply, much like a normal phone conversation. If they aren't available, or anyone loses their network connection, they can catch up on your messages and reply later.
Seeing who's engaged
When you tap the mic button to start speaking, you can see who is listening or speaking at the same time.
