Trigger Zapier workflows with voice memos

Recording a voice memo can now kick off a Zapier workflow — a new trigger alongside the existing ones for new messages in conversations, new AI results, and new labels on messages.

It's a good fit for pushing the transcript of every voice memo into a Notion doc, Evernote, Quip, Google Docs, Obsidian, or anywhere else you keep things.

Filter by voice memo folder​

You can optionally filter by voice memo folder, so a different workflow runs depending on where you recorded:

  • To-do items → Todoist, Things, Asana
  • Email drafts → Gmail, Outlook, Google Docs
  • Blog post ideas → Google Docs, Notion
  • Sales meeting updates → Salesforce, Pipedrive, Notion, Google Sheets
