Create your own AI prompts

You can now write your own AI prompts to turn conversations and voice memos into whatever structured output you need.

To create and save one:

  1. Go to any conversation.
  2. Tap the AI Action icon in the lower right.
  3. On the bottom row, tap + on the left.
  4. Enter a title and your prompt, then save.

Your custom prompt then works on any message or set of messages, right alongside the 40+ built-in prompts.

You can also use a custom prompt as a Zapier trigger — select User as the type and your prompt appears in the list.
