Two features that make finding and organizing your messages much faster.

Search your messages​

Find any message by searching its transcript — just type your keywords.

  • Across the app: from the Home screen, pull down or tap the search icon.
  • Within one conversation: open the conversation, tap its name at the top, then tap the search icon on the right.

Two things worth knowing:

  • Multiple words: separate them with spaces, like meeting agenda.
  • Exact phrases: use quotes, like "quarterly review sync".

Quick labels with press and hold​

Press and hold any message to set a label on it — a faster way to mark something important or to trigger a Zapier workflow.

Together with auto bulleted summaries, these address the awkward part of voice: key information is easy to bury in a recording and hard to organize. Now you can find what was said, mark it for follow-up, and stay on top of a conversation. Both are available on any premium plan.
